High Plains Bison isn’t “health food.” It’s food that’s healthy – really healthy. It’s as if Mother Nature looked at other meats and said, “I can do better.” High Plains Bison just may be the perfect meat protein. Typically lower in fat than beef, chicken, pork, or salmon. Low cholesterol. Low sodium. And a great source of iron, too.
At High Plains, we don’t believe in using growth hormones, antibiotics, fillers or unnatural ingredients in our products. Don’t have to. We work exclusively with ranchers that specialize in raising bison and only bison. They ensure that our bison are given all the open space, specialized care, and wholesome nutrition they need from day one, so our consumers are ensured of a 100% wholesome, 100% natural and delicious product.
