High Plains Bison Meatballs

2 lbs. ground High Plains Bison meat
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  3. Form into walnut sized balls and place on oiled cookie tray, careful not to overcrowd and let the meatballs touch.
  4. Bake in oven 15 minutes or until done.

Makes about 32 meatballs.
