Frisée and Watercress Salad with Blueberries

1 head of frisée
1 head of watercress
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup apple cider, can substitute apple juice
½ cup safflower oil
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. granulated garlic
½ tsp. cracked black pepper
1 T. dark brown sugar
1 cup fresh blueberries

Remove stem ends from the frisée and watercress, tear into 1 inch pieces and rinse well in running water to remove any grit or sand. Let rest in colander placed in a bowl to catch any dripping. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill while making dressing.

Place the rest of the ingredients, except the blueberries, into a blender and blend well.

Place greens in a salad bowl and dress with ½ of dressing. Toss well and taste. If more dressing is desired add to your taste. Garnish with blueberries. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
